I had to go back in her blog to figure out was OLW was. It stands for One Little Word. One word that you pick at the beginning of the year to be your "theme" if you will for the year. I chose GRACE. Grace has kind of been my one little word for quite some time. I love the whole concept of grace--that I am forgiven, not because of what I've done, but because of what He did. I also believe in sharing grace. Sometimes that little bit of grace that I can give a person (usually a student) is enough to keep them from getting too down on themselves, or so I hope/tell myself.
